The Student Records Training Team is responsible for answering functional questions related to the academic records of all University of Minnesota campuses. If you have attended a training session and need additional, detailed assistance with some function you are performing, please call with a detailed message for assistance.

Routine record maintenance issues can be answered by staff in one of the three service centers of:

East Bank Service Center

Coffey Hall (St. Paul)

West Bank Service Center
(612) 626-9110;

Staff who need additional assistance should contact the specific area listed below. Please do not give these phone numbers out to students.

Assistance with PeopleSoft ID and password/hardware - call the Enterprise Help Desk at 1-HELP (612/301-4357).

Admissions questions and training can be referred to Kevin Adams at adams171@umn.edu.

Student Financials, Accounts Receivable and Bursar questions and training, should be referred to sfhelp@umn.edu.

Financial Aid questions and training should be referred to the Office of Student Finance at OSFA@umn.edu.

WEB questions should be referred to Steve Mueske, 626-0550.

Information Management Systems (IMS) questions should be referred to the Enterprise Help Desk at 1-HELP (612/301-4357).
